Georg Escher is only 22 years old. However, despite
his young age he is a constituent component in the German Volleyball
League. The 2.04 metre middle blocker has played for the United
Volleyball for the past two years
and left a strong impression to German coach Andrea Giani. The Italian
rewarded his effort to give him the first nomination for the national
team.
