Robin Overbeeke is one of the two left-handed opposites in the Dutch team, together with Sjoerd Hoogendoorn. Overbeeke made his debut in the national team in 2011 and played exactly 100 international matches since. In the 2016-2017 season Overbeeke played for the French team of Nantes, together with Jasper Diefenbach and Floris van Rekom. Overbeeke started his volleyball career at Nesselande Zevenhuizen.
