Bartosz Kurek (born 29 August, 1988) is a Polish volleyball player, member of the national Polish team that won gold medal on the European Championship 2009 and World League 2012. Currently, he is a player of Skra Belchatow. Bartosz has been first appointed to Polish national team in 2007 and since then his career developed very rapidly. He was in the Polish squad when the Polish national team won the gold medal of European Championship 2009. Bartosz Kurek played with the Poland squad who won the Bronze Medal at the 2011 FIVB World League, winning also the Best Scorer award. In 2011 gained silver medal of World Cup. More recently, Kurek played with the Poland squad who won the gold medal at the 2012 FIVB World League, winning also the Most Valuable Player (MVP) award. Missing 2014 World Championships he came back in 2015 playing on a change position from receiver to wing-spiker preforming outstandingly good.
