Belgium started strongly into an early lead 10-3 in set two and kept they performance until the end closing it out at 25-16.

Set three saw another big start from Belgium but leading 5-2 the team began to take the foot off the pedal. USA did not want to be left behind and went up 16-15. They managed to to carry over this advantage until the end of the set which they won 25-22.
