Ronald Sarti

Ronald Sarti will be replacing Italy’s Vincenzo Nazzi at the helm of Venezuela’s men’s national team this season. Forty-five-yearold Venezuela-born Sarti spent the best part of his playing career in Argentina with Club Universitario de la Plata and Club Nautico Hacoaj – winning the Argentina championship with the latter in 2000. He has also competed for clubs in Italy’s A2 League and in Israel. He competed as a player for Venezuela in the FIVB World Leagues in 2002 and 2003.
