Rauno Tamme is a multifunctional player who has played both in libero and outside hitter position in his career. It has been same in club and national team level. In senior national team level he competed at the 2015 Men´s European Volleyball Championship (11th place) and triumphed in the 2016 edition of CEV Volleyball European League. He has been member of the Estonian youth teams since 2006. Rauno Tamme has also won bronze medal in Estonian beach volleyball championship and played in European U20 Beach Volleyball Championship where he and Kaspar Pomerants collected ninth place. He has yet to play abroad, but in Estonian league Rauno Tamme has represented four different clubs.
