Oliver Venno has been part of the Estonian men´s national volleyball team in all three European Championships where the Baltic state has participated. In 2009 Estonia finished the tournament in 14th place, two years later in 12th position and in 2015 Estonia was 11th. He also triumphed in the 2016 edition of CEV Volleyball European League. In the age of 19 Oliver Venno moved from Tartu Pere Leib to Slovenian team Bled ACH Volley. In season 2009/2010 he won the Slovenian league and reached to the final four tournament in CEV Champions League. During the next two season he played in Vfb Friedrichshafen where he added German Cup and championship tilte and grabbed fifth place in Champions League. After that Oliver Venno has played in Montenegro, France, Russia, Austria and Turkey. In the spring of 2015 he won both Middle European Championship and Austrian title with Hypo Tirol Innsbruck. In 2016/2017 Oliver Venno was the top scorer and best server of the Turkish volleyball league. Playing in Maliye Milli Piyango he netted 473 points and 45 aces (averages were 5,77 and 0,55). He has elected for the best male volleyball player in Estonia in 2010 and 2011. Oliver Venno has also remarkable results from beach volleyball where he and Kristo Kollo triumphed in U19 World Championship (2008) and U18 European Championship (2007).
