For volleyball friends Kristo Kollo is mainly known for his achievments in beach volleyball. Together with Oliver Venno he triumphed in U19 World Championship (2008) and U18 European Championship (2007). Those years these two also participated in World Tour events. From 2012 to 2016 Kristo Kollo played beach volleyball alongside Rivo Vesik, who attended in 2008 Beijing Olympics together with Kristjan Kais. Last year Kristo Kollo team up with Karl Jaani. Despite that outside hitter has also grabbed a lot of medals in indoor volleyball. He is two time Estonian champion and Baltic League gold medallist and one time Cup winner with Tartu´s team. In 2016/2017 season Kristo Kollo played in Switzerland representing Schönenwerd Volley. He belonged to Estonian senior national team in January 2014 at the FIVB Volleyball Men´s World Championship qualification (CEV) third round tournament.
