North Bohemian born got into a big volleyball playing for SVK Usti nad Labem. He then transferred to Ostrava and from there to the best Czech team Jihostroj Ceske Budejovice. His hobby remains basketball which he has been playing since childhood. He also enjoys walks with his wife and dog.
