Paul Carroll is a 207cm right side/opposite who has been an important member of the Australian Men's Team since his debut in the "Green and Gold" back in 2005 at the age of 19.
Carroll's career to date has been a stellar one; being recognized in 2008 as the Australian male Volleyballer of the year and being one of the top players at the 2007 World Cup in Japan where Australia finished eighth but Carroll was second among all players with 183 kills and was a member Australian team that won the Asian Championships in 2007.
Before accepting his first professional volleyball contract with Serie A side Yoga Forli (Italy) in 2009/10, Carroll plied his skills at Pepperdine University in the USA where he was named the 2009 National Player of the Year.  In addition, Carroll is a three-time All-American first teamer and a four-time All-MPSF selection while at the same time helping Pepperdine to the Final Four every year of his enrolment.
After Italy, he played in Generali Haching in Germany. He has been named as MVP of the Deutschen Volleyball Liga in 2011.
After his return in the Volleyroo's squad in 2014, Paul has participated to all the major events in the last two years, except for World League 2015, when he was recovering from injury.
Currently Paul is playing for Berlin Recycling Volleys in Germany.
