Matej Patak, player, Slovakia: "In my opinion this was the worst match in our World League campaign so far. Our service was not strong enough, and that caused a lot of problems. We made it too easy for the Czech receivers today."

Andrej Kravarik, head coach, Slovakia: "I think the pressure of playing for a Final Four ticket blocked our players in this match. I still believe we have a small chance to reach the Final Four in Australia, and the players should believe in this as well."
