Chuan Jiang helps China to see off Egypt in straight sets

Ankara, Turkey, June 4, 2017 - Chuan Jiang scored 13 points contributing to China's comfortable win over Egypt in straight sets (25-18, 25-20, 25-22).

Egypt's Ahmed Abdelhay scored match high 14 points but it was not enough to overcome China whose best scorers were Chuang Jiang (13) and Binglong Zhang (11).

The last Sunday's match started with service of Egypt. When they came to first technical time out China were ahead with a score of 8-6. China erer ahead on the second technical time out again. China continued to increase the gap between two teams and they won the set 25-18.

In the second set China's superiority continued, they were in front on the first and second technical time out again. Egypt tried to catch them but they could not. At the end of the set China became a winner with 25-20 on the scoreboard.

The third set started with an unsuccessful service of Egypt. China maintained their pressure and were ahead on the time outs again. China won the third set 25-22 to take the match 3-0.
