Helsinki, Finland, 8 Jun, 2017 – Finland enjoyed a quick 3-0 (25-19, 25-19, 25-19) win over Slovakia to start off their first weekend at home in the 2017 FIVB World League on Friday.

Urpo Sivula was today’s top scorer with 17 points including 17 in attack. Matej Patak of Slovakia put 16 points on the board, but the disappointing performance of his teammates meant Slovakia did not manage to put up a real fight in any of the sets.
